Abstract

Under the action of sustainable development strategy, construction projects must constantly improve the management level and construction benefits on the premise of reducing the environmental impact. In the process of construction, project management is an indispensable link, which plays an important role in improving the work efficiency of the project itself. Green construction is the development direction of architectural engineering. We should strengthen the management of green buildings and organically combine the concept of green buildings with engineering management to achieve better management effect. In engineering construction, innovation and improvement should be carried out according to the required business model, so that the functions and values of green buildings can be reflected to the greatest extent, thus further improving the working efficiency of the building itself and promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry.
