Abstract

Based on PLC and industrial robot, an automatic production line system for stacking fertilizer was designed. According to the actual production situation of chemical fertilizer production line in workshop, an automatic palletizing system based on PLC controller and robot controller is designed. The production practice shows that the designed pallet production line system has strict structure, stable operation, high production efficiency, can better meet the production needs of enterprises, and has higher application value.
